Highlights Local Business – Charcoal Briquetting
As for the grill mentioned by Garrett, Towner said it will be featured all day on both show days. It is a new twist on an old style of charcoal grilling, Towner explained. Not only can it grill food, but it can smoke and bake food as well, she said. Also, Towner mentioned the charcoal used is in a lump.
“It’s in its natural form instead of briquette form, making charcoal briqeutting a very ‘green’ type of charcoal,” she said.
Some other vendors, Garrett said, include Sunrise Door and Woodwork, Ohio Craft, and Heritage Structures. They are just some of the many locally based businesses making an appearance this weekend.
The idea behind the show, Garrett said, is not to promote the Chamber itself, but the community it serves.
“We’ve put this event together…to provide growth for local businesses so they can be more successful,” Garrett said.
