This is a newly developed model of biomass steam generator. For meeting the demand of different clients, we focused on the combustion characteristics of biomass solid briquette fuel and specially designed this new style of high performance biomass steam generator. It is controlled by microcomputer system, running automatically. No need to have a dedicated firemen working on it. It stops automatically and shows the fault code when it encounters abnormal operation. It's convenient for examining and repairing. We select high stability of the similar products for pressure controller, safety valve etc. It's better to set multiple protective device such as low-level water, overpressure, thermal protection to make sure the safety of the steam generator.

Steam Generator Structure

The steam generator consists of boiler and auxiliary equipment. The boiler part is  vertical structure. It owns following features: compact structure, small size, low noise, large heating area, high thermal efficiency, strong integrity, good stability, movable type, able to connect with soft or hard pipes, easy to install etc.

Biomass steam generator is widely used in garment factories, dry cleaners, hotels, canteens, restaurants, mines, bean products factory and other places. It is also used in health care, bio-pharmaceutical industry, food industry and other places where need to sterilize apparatus and other stuff etc.

Biomass wood pellet steam boiler generates the steam effect same as general steam boiler does. The security system can make it runs safely, reliably, and efficiently. We adopt three-level protection with safety valve, one-way valve and exhaust valve which are all made of high strength copper alloy. We also enhance the user's security with adding gauge glasses tube protecting device. Biomass steam generator is a kind of high-efficient & environmental protecting thermal equipment. There is no smoke and ash while burning, with lower cost. It saves 10% expenses comparing with coal boiler, 60% saved comparing with gas boiler & electric boiler, and 70% save comparing with oil boiler.
